What RBW Missions is all about. . .
The world is a big place - bigger than our backyard or our neighborhood, or our city.  And in this big world, there are people who are living desperate lives.  But many times, we don't see it.  We're comfortable in our homes, our jobs, our lives.  Yet, our God has called us out of our self-absorption to do the good works that He prepared in advance for us.  RBW Missions offers church teams the opportunity to do these "good works" in cross-cultural places among amazing people, and to practice being involved as world Christians.

Short Term Missions Trips carry you out of your comfort zone and into places you've never imagined.  It might be the capital city of Mexico, teaming with over 20 million inhabitants, or to the village of Catarina, Nicaragua with it's 500 people.   In these, and other locations, team members work on construction, teach Vacation Bible Schools, visit prisoners in jail, distribute food, clothing, and school supplies to the needy, teach English, hold sport's camps, visit the sick, pray for those who are hurting, hug the children and a million other acts of service done in Jesus' name and for His Glory.

The Adopt-A-Pastor program involves individuals, families, small groups, and churches in an interdependent partnership with Nicaraguan pastors.  We depend upon the pastors to reach out to their communities, shepherd their flocks, and be the ministers of reconciliation in their own country.  They depend upon us to be their prayer supporters and to help them financially so they can feed their families and provide for their basic needs.  Pastors receive up to $100 a month depending on the size and needs of the family.  Sponsors can donate according to their abilities in amounts of $25, $50, or $75 a month.
